'Meet your daemon' workshop with master students

I gave a two hour workshop to first year students for the International Master on Creative Writing at ArtEZ University of the Arts.

Here is a description of the course:

Have you ever thought, after writing a piece or just a sentence, that something has been given to you there, something that comes not from you, or at least not exactly from what you think you are?

By using open software, in this workshop we will practice a very peculiar “blind” writing, a space intended for you to meet your inner daemon, that buddy eternally couching in your mind who sometimes helps you write amazingly and others just needs a hand to find his way. From there, we will reflect on these writings towards a deeper framework to think about your processes and methodologies, aim for new perspectives or simply to know yourself better as an artist.
